If you want to let them know you how you feel, delete your toon(s) and cancel all accounts.
you must realize that a few canceled accounts here and there will not get the attention of SOE.
It would probably take at the very least half of the active accounts to be canceled to gain attention.

well, Its sad But true, When they changed XP, they had about 11k accounts canceled, Then they brough XP back in no time.
