Back before all the BH's had some line of healing it worked great. After the healing templates came out it wasn't as effective. But now with the added Action costs I imagine it could be quite useful..

This is my situation Im currently master def(why i dont know) 0404 sabers....healer 4030 .....and enhance 4002.I currently have enough xp to drop 4xxx enhancer and pick up xx4x healer to give me improved force sap but with the new changes is it worth it or should I drop the healer keep the improved root and fr2 and get another tree?

THe npcs on Mustafar use action and mind correctly. So when i was doing beta testing SAP cam in handy if you were flying solo and had several agro you at the same time. IN pve it has its limitations. In PVP this would have been really nice had the healing nerf stayed.

Yah that was my concern healing nerf didnt fly(Im not surprised coz jedi just might benefit)so i guess keeping fr2 and improved surpression would be better?

Tough call there. Force Run had it usefulness also thrown in the dumpster. I'm one unhappy M. Enhancer at the moment. Assuming that FRS might be 1v1, i still see a use for SAP. With BH encounters -35% action for one min is nothing to sneeze at. I guess it depends if you are a Fight or Flight personality. IF you plan on running , then stick with FR2. Otherwise I might keep SAP. Like i said it does have its use against the new NPCS on mustafar.

i agree that it would have been much more useful had action costs remained. as a sap user, i'm quite sorry that they were pulled. i was really hoping that there would be something to restore sap to even some faint glimmer of its pre-nerf splendor.

guess i'll have to wait for ToOW.

I still use it, but in testig last night it seemed everyone's action costs were higher anyway (could just be my observations). However as a result it made a whole lot of difference, but it does depend what template you are up against too.
