Get a clue, this is NOT good Customer Service. Your CUSTOMERS are trying to tell you something.


Lock & Delete the abusive posts, but stop abusing those of us who are only expressing their dissatisfaction with YOUR product. We are customers afterall... "you would do well to remember that."


If we've taken the time to post here we've shown that we love this game and want SOE to stop destroying it... and your pushing this amazing customer base away. In business, that's just stupid.



I am a SOE customer. Now, if they would only treat me like one...
