Seeing many more templates with 3402 enhancer nowadays. Have always been a Force Valor fan, but was wondering if it really does reduce the amount of damage you deal as the blurp says on the skill box. Had Force Armor about a year ago and it ate up my force like crazy. So question: If you had 14 points to put into Force Armor or Force Valor what would you choose? My Temp is MLS, 4040 Def, 4000 Healer, 3004 Enhancer. Thanks for help!

Not cool enough to have a Sig.....

PS I realize this has been discussed on this board in the past, but with all the games changes over the past year, I'mjust looking for some current opinions.

since then force armor has been fixed, has an 8% force cost to the damage given. (one 1000 damage attack will cost you 80 force)

regular force valor does have the dam reduction, but the improved does not.

Force Valour is great for defense, and doesnt take nearly as much Force as Force Armor, but I found my damage was reduced to the point where it became silly.

I assume that you are referring to Valor 1 and not Improved Valor - the "Improved" Variety at xxx4 is not supposed to have damage reduction, or am I mistaken?

at box4 valor there is no damage reduction.

However you must remember that valor ONLY blocks ranged attacks. Melee attacks arent affected. So vs other jedi or melee players or mobs valor is useless.

Get Aura and Armor for the best defense possible.
