I have been practicing with a couple of good guild bh...found if you put the rancor aid in a tool bar slot and then write a macro to drink it on constant basis. usually 18 drinks per bottle so you should have enough to do you...you need to write the macro as...
rancoraid
/ui action toolbarSlotxx; xx= the corrosponding toolbar box
/pause xx;2 seconds over the usage time or the coverage time of the drink....
/macro rancoraid
out of 4 fights, never got electrolyte drain on me once....just be ready to use it...

i just drink it when iv been ed'd and if i need to get rid of the ed for some reason (i.e running away)
no point using up your stomach when you could be putting ruby their in its place

Not something you really need on a primary toolbar or macro'ed. If the bh is any good at all, that stomach space is better reserved for ruby. Best that you wait until ED is applied to you and have no way of catching the bh.

guess it really depends on what you are using in conjunction with the rancor aid...it is a counter food and not really an enhancement food. but i have a chef alt which can make it cheaply so if i have to go through 4 or 5 drinks of it then its not a big deal to me. but could be for some others cause its going to be pretty expensive....i use breath of heaven and only a couple of foods and have healing 4x4x so heals are not that a big a deal for me....i would keep it handy though or maybe on your second tool bar to go back and forth when u need it...but i do know using it in a macro i have been dropping bh left and right, and the great trade off is that they have to expend action and mind to apply it. which helps my sap ability greatly....alot of bh dont realize you are using it and keep trying to reapply it.....
