Haven't seen an answer to this anywhere so thought I'd ask it here. The stealth nerf to hybrids has me nervous so I'd like to grind again but I'd also like to keep my vis to a minimum...player cities had been my answer until this last patch. Is the fact that towns only give low level missions now instead of CL80 a bug or another stealth nerf? Anyone know?
