Does anyone know if there are any plans for a star wars galaxies 2 in the works?

I thought I have been paying to play beta all this time. Well either way it sure seemed like it. I guess we got to look on the bright side if there ever is a swg2 it shouldnt have many bugs after all these years of beta.

quick question:
When new series come out (I.E EQII, etc.) Do people keep their toons, or do they have to start all over again?
I can honestly say i will never gridn out a charcter like i did my jedi..even if they had a swg II ,i dont think i could stomach a grind like that again..
BTW i did both holo's and the village.

I know I couldnt do it again given I just finally finished my template one month before cu went live after 6 months of grinding. All that work and barely got to test my finished template.

I don't think that there's enough of a fan base left for a sequel, at least not with this team...
Now, if LA were to run it, or Blizzard.....

SWG 2 would be awesome.
All you would really need to do is take SWG 1 at month 3 with no bugs and an FRS that worked and it would be pretty awsome.

i probably wouldn't play swg2. the experience here has been too depressing. i'm holding out for dungeons and dragons online in 2006 www.ddo.com

hmmm, do you really think they will find more then 10 people who are willing to buy a game, that is likely going to be nerfed every week after launched, full of bugs that never gets fixed, and with a Service response team that dont read your questions, and answer with solutions that you have stated in your ticket you already tried?
