im guessing he means 2 masteries and 2 lines somewhere else..
u got nothing as defencce in that template, would be a real problem i rekon... at least try to get aura or armour of some kind..

most i know of are 4040 healer others are 3000 healer 0002 enhancer, an interesting one might be 3000 healer 0020 defender or 0200 enhancer

but how much damage you do to another in a duel greatly depends on what defenses/armor the other one has?

i dont think you could do that much dmg in 5 seconds but if you could i think it would go something like this....(assuming they are already armor broke)
kd
choke
power attack
weaken
head hit
lightning

on second thought i think that amount of dmg is possible, choke can hit for about 1k dmg on the first strike on a kd target, same for power hit, so theres 2k dmg right there, weaken another 400 -600 dmg head hit lightning woot

Only power hit alonehas a 3 seconds execution time.
