Thread: Why are they Nerfing Powers???

I mean come on throw us a bone here! Everyone knows that power is not powerfull. The only unique (I would almost say profession defining) skill is Cloak and now Rangers get it, and it is getting nerfed. But wait theres more!! Thats right no more holding a ranged weapon or cool looking melee weapon while using force powers. It should also be noted that our animations dont work unless we are holding a ranged weapon. I dont even use the weapon to attack I just want to look original. Just yesterday a player said "Wow a Pikeman Jedi. Nice to see someone without a lightsaber".
I'm not calling for the devs to nerf other profs, and Im not saying that other profs are not getting nerfed. Im just saying "Why nerf the most gimped Jedi prof?". Its like telling CH that they can't attack or heal while they have pets out, that they will be snared if they tell their pets to attack, and their pets actions will drain their Creature Empathy bar (CH equiv of Force bar). Then they will tell the CHs that if they pay $30 they can get a special colored leash for their pet.

The cloak nerf is really the ony thing I find extremely annoying ....I can deal with the AI nerf , I can deal with LS speed bieng damage, I can deal with no more soloing. I can deal with the new snare changes, I can deal with the lack of pearls...the cloak thing is what really makes SOE look clueless.
Powers is support profession. The devs said that cloak was meant for alpha strike.....huh? Soooooo ridicoulous.

why are the nerfing powers?....because they can and theirs nothing we can do about it.
