Thread: Avoid Incap = Escape... Confirmation on use please?

Well now I'm confused. When people said Avoid Incap was for "escape" I laughed. I thought... how will I possible escape with snare... well the answer is simple...
The new de-agro effect of AI is such that you can escape PvP relatively unharmed as long as you are close to a shuttle or ship terminal. When you have zero health and AI is active, the de-agro effect kicks in. You can launch into outer space, you can launch to other planets (tested)and most likely you can interact with ticket terminals and ticket droids (not tested yet).
So far, I haven't read anything about this... whether or not it is a legit tactic or if it is an "unintended" side-effect of the new "fix". I have only tested this with a friend in a duel, not during a BH encounter or actual full-scale PvP, but I'm assuming the results are the same.
I'm surprised there hasn't been any word on this issue yet. My guess is... jedi will say it's okay, bh will say it's an exploit and thedevs will do nothing about it for a few months... but can we at least get an official word on this? Goodbye.

Well 95% of the PvP on my server happens in front of the Theed starport, lol.

you know whats even more retarded? fighting 4 master enhancers, killing them all, they wait there till all their mdef friends shuttle in, to regain consciousness and continue fighting... thats buuuuuuuuuullll**edit**

So AI is now the jedi FD? If so then how is that defenderish? So a mdef spending over 15million jedi xp gets the skill that a novi smuggler gets?

Basically yes... except we can't use AI indefinitely and we have to be close to shuttle/starport to escape lol.
