....will the lower level jedi be able to have them up without fear of it generating vis?

Yes but not everyone will want to be a jedi now since they can play another character and be equal.

all those newcomers are without a doubt going to be jedi, and i dont even know why im asking this anyway, faq came out saying no more BH missions. oh, and im stealing your sig HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!

People becoming Jedi today were equal if not gimped to non-Jedi who had the right equipment. Jedi with perfect sabers didn't compare to a Swordsmans template with Doc. Heck Ranged weapons were getting so good the min was better than the min on my 700 damage saber.
