Thread: On saber crafting and the LS tree

Is there a certain part of the LS tree that helps out when crafting the sabers or is it the whole of the LS in generalwhat gives crafting +'s ...


Basically if someone doesn't go MLS then (if there is one) which tree would be used for making better sabers without having to go the MLS route?

The xxx4 line is the one that affects crafting. At MLS you have 10 points of experimentation, at 0004 you only have 8 I think. It is possible to get to 10 with tapes though.

Right now I have a suit that allows me 11 points.

Erm ... what kind of suit helps with that? I recall reading about crafting suits but have no clue what it is or anything ...

Yeah its the techniques line, you'll get....


1 Exp point at novice


2 Points at xxx1


3 Points at xxx2


5 Points at xxx3


7 Points at xxx4


10 Points at master



And a suit with +20 in tapes will add two more points to wherever youre at

When people talk about a "crafting suit" theyre just reffering to clothing with attachments in them. In this case, Lightsaber experimentation tapes. Every 10 points gives one experiment point (this is true for all crafting proffessions), so you need to geta suit with a total of 20 points or more to get the highest possible (all attachments cap at 25 so this is the best you can get).


20 points in clothes = 2 more experimentation points on your saber when you wear them.


Master lightsaber + suit = 12 experimentation points

Ah I see, heh guess I need to start looking for clothes with open slots and tapes to fill em
