If you meet a BH/CM you will die without Fr and Force Speed

kiters will also be a pain, since they have terrain negotation, they can run backwards and shoot at you, and you'll be running at the same speed, hardly catching up if at all.. and if they go up a hill, your double screwed since you have no beneficial TN...

Basicly force run is a must for me just to catch the bloddy buggers, .. you also get a root though with FR1 so that helps as well

Well with my current temp i would have to drop like 4 boxs just to pick up the two for force run. and im trying to weigh the diffences to see if its worth it or not. I dont really care about the force run that much its the root that i really want

Parawan Nutricake I think is the name of the food to have. It allows you to chain burst runs together until your stomach is full. You have to get thewell madestuff though or you wont be able to chain the runs together. I hadForce Run for about a week and then dumped it for Channel Force.

Also get some BE clothes with Terrain Negotiation in them and hills won't be a factor in movement rate anymore either.

i cant do this dunno why it is prolly a another bug when i eat the burst run food it is like i press burst run i cant eat( do nothing) or burst run after that. so i should not use that for more then escape or i should try if it is bugged

Ive found it to be quite useful in many situations both pve and pvp. Its almost as important as having healing in your template to me.

I eat the Parawan cake and imediatly start to burst run. When it wears off I just eat another one and i'm off again. Dont use the regular burst run ability while eating the parawan. My friend tried this and he couldn't burst run at all for quite some time. It may be a bug and perhaps the same thing you experianced.

Also make sure you get high quality food. Can't remember exactly but I think the stat called "re-use time" or something like that, needs to be near or above 100%. The stuff I use is rated at 105% I belive.

must be the same thing becourse sometime it work but mostly it wont work . but i have now change my temp eitherway so FR1 work as intend for me

How long does Force supression hold the target still? Dont you only really need this with bh only if you need to escape?

well most BH will kit you and snare you and this way without root or any snare you never run as fast as him eitherway and to use powerhit wich is really nice due it does more dmg then you need to stay still . so it is good when you are kitted + if you need to escape

My Problem is between getting Valor or force run/supression. Which one will help more. From the jedi i have talked with Valor helps out alot because they miss more than they hit you. But if you cant hit them back lol. I am just torn between which one will help the most in bh attacks and in pvp.
