How strange. The imperial told you or you got an on screen message telling you talk to a Rebel recruiter. Wonder why it/the imp would say this.

Hey I got it after 27 professions. So here's what happened. As soon as I get it, I get scanned by an imp. Well it tells me I need to go see a rebel recruiter. Well I go to the recruiter and he wants nothing to do with me, won't talk to me or nothing. So I thought it was because I had 0 rebel fp, so I get someone to transfer me 300 reb fp, and go to the reb recruiter again and same thing, he doesn't want to talk.
So here's my question:
Is the reb recruiter supposed to be that way to me right now and will he always be that way???
Also do I still show up as overt to imps since I have not talked to the recruiter.
Any help with this would be great.
Thanks

You are not overt, it still gives you that message... but jedi only get a TEF. Recruiters aren't supposed to talk to you.

OK so I got jedi initiate and made my first lightsaber WOOT. I then finished of the remainning trials to become padawaan but have yet to go and meditate after completing my last trial.
My question is this, can I build up enough XP to learn Novice Lightsaber or do I have to become a Padawaan before I can learn Novice Lightsaber?
Thanks

Novice LS is a Padawan skill. You'll need to finish the Padawan trials first. You may be able to get enough Jedi xp for it, but I don't know.

padawan is just the rank - you may as well get the 20k jedi xp as an initiate so you don't have to worry about the terms or anything - not like you'd be likely to be hunted in the first few hours anyway.

If you do decide to do this, I'd STILL be careful and follow the visibility rules. There have been a few forum posts stating "as soon as I became padawan I appeared on the terms!" I'm wondering if this isn't why.

I heard that as a Jedi we get a "free" first death. From that point onwards we'll incur lost of Jedi xp. Is it true?

Thanks for the info. Guess I am on the terms now as I did not realise that I could be if npcs are too close to me when I use my lightsaber. Should have read this board more often. /smackself
