Hey guys,

I have been contemplating "what is the future of Jedi" for a long time and still havent been able to find much that is going good for our profession at the moment. Some of the problems i see are: Jedi lightsaber speed ca's broken, all the snares/root thingys that are happening to our great jedi skills such as AI, Force Run, and possibly stasis in the future.... Ever since the CU we have had to deal with nerf after nerf making us have togrind and regrind our xpto get new skills.....what is the deal with this? is the FRS ever going to come out? are they ever going to"FIX" ourjedi profession? I dont want this to be a bad flame post or anything, i want everyone to post there thoughts,comments,ideas about what has been happening and what will happen. hopefully this thread will let us release some stress and built up frustrations we are all facing.

Everyone will bea jedi and you can walk around casting infusion on everything you see and cap vis 100000 times and no bh will come after you cause 99.99% of the population will be jedi..... Enjoy!_!

Jedi Padawan's are going to get nasty timers/horrible execution costs and will not be equal to a non-jedi profession. This is already taking place as seen in the current nerfs.

A Jedi Knight will get better timers/lower activation costs, better equipment (pearls,robes, crystals etc..) through FRS and staying out of sight.

Those would be my guess. Its too late to control the amount of jedi, but they will control the power of them; one way or another. Given our current state of Power, they can not increase our power through FRS because it will not fit the 1:1.5 ration they have set up. That's what makes the most sense to me.

Basically... ppl will find what they are looking for... they look for the bad the will find all the bad.

Everyone (as ussual) are freaking out about stuff happening in a beta.... this always happens..... its really sad .

No one knows what the actual Live version of any of this stuff is.... not even the beta testers. Players will continue to play no matter what chenges are made..

Whiners with whine no matter what happens in the game.... in a community that "has sold millions" you must understand that only the truely passionate really post.

Id say maybe 90% of the player base do not even come to the forums at all except maybe trade forums and thats it.

Most of the negagtivity posted is from people that are always going to have something to be mad about.... some ppl are just like that....

Its a game... what ever is done to it you have 2 choices...... PLAY it...... or DON'T..... talking about why you cant be god or ...who can kill who.... is just pointless

Granted this is not all posts..... there have been some really GREAT ideas sugjested...and some true helpers here... and SOME really flate out funny stuff....

such is the way of the world.... adapt..... evolve.... survive.... or Die.....

When we say there is nothing left we mean for the whole game. When a newb walked up toyou and askwhere the novice jedi trainer was you should know there is a problem. There is no fix for SWG just a slow painful death

I am a SOE customer. Now, if they would only treat me like one...
i used to be 4 accts out of 450k active accts
then 2 accts out of 250k
then 1 out of 200k
now 0 of 175k as of dec 25th....
i am a soe shareholder and do know how many active accts there are.
