Last night a jedi drove up next to my hunting group and thought nothing of it, the next thing i know im being attacked. I look around and its the jedi that drove up shooting me with a scatter pistol. he was a MBH with some jedi healing and enhancer branches. But he had no defense so the fight didnt last long. But this was a first for me has anyone else fought a bh like this?

This is pretty old news. Lots of BH/Jedi hybrid templates out there....all pretty weak.

I'm always ready for a fight. The first shot means little. That is the best defense against creative BH who think they have discovered a new wrinkle in the template fabric.

I've only met one jedi/bh hybrid that was actually dangerous.. yyrkoon on naritus.. Never knew what his templete was, but he was justly feared...

With the new changes pertaining to jedi abilities and weapons it might seem that the bh/jedi combo will be a thing of the past. With cloak going to the master box also. If I understood the changes that were comeing that is.

The hybrid/jedi nerf is just a rumor. Over 40% of the jedi pop are hybrids, I dont think the devs want to loose clients. Plus, if they nerfed it they would have to nerf nightsisters also since they use force with melee weapons.

why?

That templatehas less defense, less offense, and far less force than me.

I respect players who learn to get the most from their templates far more than cookie cutter fotm spinners who think there are I WIN skill sets out there.

I have 2 friends with MBH/jedi templates. One is the one listed above and hedoes very well, he also has +25 speed and +25 accuracy CAs in his gear. My other friend does alot better with MBH/pistoleer 0004/defender 4400/medic 0020 and has added CAs for speed/accuracy in his +17 BE bando and his +17 BE shirt, both are healing eff (he has 305 melee defense/324 range defense with 7100 energy resistant RIS armor).

Yyrkoon was a MBH
Yy'rkoon was the Hybrid MBH/rifles had 4000 heal and 0003 enhancer

he could hel like a jedi, channel and drain you lol. Damn good BH

To bad all you wanna be bad a$$ BH Hybrids soon will be nerfed.

No saber equiped..no force usage. I wonder if they though of the jedi that have no LS in their template when they impliment this...like the MH/ME/D4400 or MP/ME/H 4040

you can still craft a saber tho

to bad its creatures lvl now that decides what saber you can use...can have 0 ls skills and still use 4th gen saber with default attack

i can also see people carrying around a training saber that are attached to their temps and just change weapons when they want to use force powers....stupid but i can see it happening lol

MBH / MPowers / Nov Def / Nov Healer

While you are in the middle of a lair....

Bomb droid goes off,

You get KDd,

you get shot with Adv crit (after I take duet pyro with baddass gun)

you get choked (DOT should keep you incapped a bit longer)

back to ADV crit.

no warning.I can even wait for you to finish the lair and attack as you channel down to 800 health.

Don't get you with the first strike, I have 2 options.

1. Kite you using cloak to run to a new spot and attack, then cloak (pointless, but whatever)

2. Cloak and wait for you to go back to grinding so I can try again or just get a new mission.

If you go with the MBH/MPowers/NDef/NHeal Template.

How do you generate the jedi xp to train with?

Sorry if this is a newbie question. It's been a long time since I've played a jedi.

Just started the FS grind on my MBH.
