I can almost guarantee he didn't. They aren't paid employees so how could SOE trust them with information such as that? Because you know that not everyone will be able to keep quiet about it.

Never had a signature because I never cared enough, however this is worth adding:

I think its funny that the kid leaked it on the forums a week or so SOE announced it.

A group of players were invited to the Dev studio to see the new NGE whilst ToOW was in pre-order players only status. They were all under a strict NDA as anyone would be.
