As the game formerly known as SWG takes its last dying breath......as the PC community becomes nothing but a console beta test group.....as SOE spits and lies in the face of the player base one more time.....the end was kind of obvious.
Think about it.....
When the game launched and subscriptions were low - the end was obvious
When the beta testers said the game wasn't ready at launch - the end was obvious
When the beta testers said ships were in beta and that SOE would just milk the players for cash in future- the end was obvious.
When SOE required a subscription to see the boards so that people would blindly buy a peice of garbage game - the end was obvious
When JTL launched and subscriptions didn't budge - the end was kind of obvious
When Thunderheart posted something innaccuarte for the 24th time and we realized that the devs don't have a clue what is in the game - the end was obvious
When Smedley said the combat nerf would make people quit and he didn't care - the end was obvious.
When Blixtev said Jedi weren't worth testing as part of the Combat Nerf - the end was obvious
When Tiggs was left out in the cold and then joined SOE in lying to the player base - the end was obvious
In the end, I guess this isn't a suprise. And it is obvious that I will continue to pay $15 for this garbage right up to the point that they pull the final plug.

For those of us that paid a year in advance, can we please get a refund if we don't want to play this new game?

Why always focus on the end and not the journey?
Its like saying life is pointless cause you're going to die someday.
