Thread: As a change of pace from all the nerf talk...

... How about something more into the RP section? I remember reading a thread in the past that had different Jedi sayings or battle ideals, one was:


This is my Lightsaber, the ancestral weapon of Jedi, and a token of my duty. I wield this lightsaber with the hands of those who have came before me, I pray they find me worthy. This saber is not a construct of metal, and energy, but of the force, guided by the dictate of honor. To use this saber is to draw upon the energy of all living things, may I never do so lightly, or without just cause. I am the servant of the will of the force, and my lightsaber is the instrument of my will, may neither of us fail in our obligations. Together, we shall dance the dance of the force’s will; we shall stand as one, or, if it be the will of the force, fall as one. Should I fall, let another Jedi pick up this saber, his hands joining mine, and let us continue. There is no death, there is the force.


So I wrote my own, anyone who is creative or just wants a change of pace or topic can try one too and post it here.


The Eternal War;


When light and dark in battle meet,


A Jedi Knight knows not defeat.


And spear or fist, grenade or blaster,


None will stop a Jedi Master.



When dark and light in battle meet,


The lone Dark Knight knows not defeat.


No saber, pistol, beast or sword,


None will stop the Sith Dark Lord.



When light and dark in battle meet,


Igniting sabers, fleet of feet.


One of each survives once more,


To continue on this Eternal War.

I would change it to Dark Sith Lord.. other than that good job! nice to see something other than flaming nerf talk on here!

Thanks I would change it, But I can't edit yet. Anyone else have something they'd like to put in? The last thread was full of them dispite the fact that i can't find it now...
