Thread: Why not roleplay your Jedi well

if you wanna cut down on the jedi complaints, why not roleplay your Jedi well. there is not supposed to be Jedi in this time period. Jedi are supposed to be rare. blah blah blah. well padawans it is you who are supposed to be roleplaying that aspect of the game and it is really not that hard.


When in an NPC city i.e eisley, theed, MO etc etc


  • dont wear your robes or have you LS equipped

  • dont have your jedi title showing

  • dont duel or have your pvp events in npc cities

  • Exceptions would be live events which should be held in player cities

is it too difficult to give the appearance of rarity. I do it everyday,I have known peple for months who one day grind with me or group for some such excursion that end up saying sh** your a Jedi I never knew.


Give the appearance of rarity and you cut down the complaints, except from BH's that is, they will start complaining that were harder to find LOL

I agree with you Cicero. The problem is this game is open to anyone who buys the game and pays the monthy fee, and since there is no rules forcing folks to role play, youhave the "Foshizzle" jedi out there waving thier glowy baseball bats.

I do...whenever possible. But that's not always possible due to the nature of the game and the people who play it. I agree though... Why NOT?

I do RP my Jedi to a point. For instance, I make an effort to help people out, and I often do it without being asked. It's what a Jedi should do.

I rp but only a few of us do on bloodfin. I role play that I (MBH/MLS/medic) am a bounty hunter that after killing a mark for jabba stumbled across a rare crystal (banes) and suddenly felt a surge and connectiono to. So I spent many moons learning what it had to offer and eventual learned some ways of the force and how to craft an LS. Im not very defensive with jedi but I sure have a great time rping with it. With the right stuff you can still put down a fast beating with MLS only. I do have 148 melee defense and 164 range defense which helps some, that and foods help alot.

I do stay in the shadows and am a untrained force wielder.
