this is the worst bug in the game. known as the "KD bug" in which you cannot get up due to the server lag. Droids can be used in another way that is an exploit.

The knockdown bug has absolutely nothing to do with droids at all. If you get it, dump any macros you may have running, hit ESC a time or two, and hit knockdown recovery exactly once. For the love of everything, don't spam knockdown recovery. I repeat: The bug was not caused by the droid. The bug was not caused by the bounty hunter exploiting. There are certain combinations that are more likely to lead to the knockdown bug, but it is in no way, shape, or form an exploit to use these combinations.
PS. Just because a bounty hunter uses a droid, it does not mean he's exploiting it even though there are exploits involving droids. You know, like just because a Jedi challenges somebody to a duel doesn't mean he's using the /duel /endduel exploit. It's all in how they use it.
