Yep, anyone who's a master doc can laugh at a Jedi.

Jedi will die tired.

ya my friend is a tkm/doc with some swordsman, and he wipes the floor with just about everyone. i know one mdef that took him out, otherwise, it takes 2 of us to take him down. i do fairly well against him. i basically can delay the inevitable pretty long, but he gets me in the end.

It's enough with 4000 doc and two good combat professions to defeat any Jedi.

--- Cancelled 24th November 2006
Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Apparently there are Jedi here that disagree. Blanket statements are BS.

It have alot to do with pride. Also Jedi is more popular among the oldtime pvp'ers, so they havnt had time to test non-Jedi templates much. Many also feel bad to agree that something you grind for in 2 weeks is better than something you made in almost a year.

Totally agree MS-NIL! Makes me laugh when people patronise you with comments like 'You need to learn your template' and 'Your PvP skills must be rubbish' In the past few weeks I have seen many respected jediPvP'ers beaten easily by CM hybrids and Doc Melee hybrids, this is nothing to do with their skills in PvP or a need to think about their tactics, it is more to do with the fact that time has passed since the CU and people have after trial and error learnt how to stack skills and professions again to make the most effective character.

To all those people who think its just a matter of tactics, watch out they will be coming to you soon! Will only be a matter of time when the only successful jedi template will be one with an escape option. Please dont flame me as its not a whine, I will probably build a melee/Doc alt anyway and put the jedi away for the time being and use that instead as it seems to be a much more viable option.

Problem is the pearls issue

There isnt a template I cant deal with, but with 730 dmg, 9 FC and 1,2 speed its all doable.

People still think the solution is better pearls, its not, You will still be beaten easily, these experienced pvp'ers I am talking about have near perfect sabres doesnt make any difference. You will soon see what I am talking about. I know its hard to take as many jedi like to think of themselves as the alpha pvp profession, but its not the case any more. Granted we have a nice set of skills to choose from, but as for out and out combat we are no longer the winning profession.
