I just wanted to start a thread to try and officially figure out what the problem is with the speed issues.

1. Is it true that jedi are speed capped at 2.0 right now?

2.If speed were working correctly would every attack (minus ones with warm ups) work at the mod speed?

3. Can anyone explain/summarize the way speed should work if it were fixed?
