Thread: Elder Reward Crystals, both are from light-side Jedi.

Ood Bnar was a member of the plant species Neti and a Jedi Master from the planet Ryyk. When Ryyk was destroyed by a supernova, he became the last remaining Neti. He soon found out that he was the only Neti not on Ryyk - he survived only because he was on Ossus teaching students. When he fought in the Sith War he planted himself in the ground over a huge cache of lightsabers to prevent the Sith from using them due to the Neti abilityto do that. He awakened 4000 years later on the planet Ossus to save Luke Skywalker and the Ysanna Jedi Jem from Executor Sedriss. While Sedriss called electricity from Ossus' atmosphere, Ood drained power from the planets core, both released their energy killing both Sedriss and Bnar. Thus he sacrificed his life for Jem, becoming one with the Force and rendering the Neti species extinct.
He was one of the few survivors of the Great Jedi Purge.

I realize there are a lot of issues that are going on, but are none of the dark jedi who haven't outright left already not just a little upset that their choice for a crystal comes from the Jedi Master who wiped out a ton of sith and survived the Jedi purge?

I agree the art issues with it will not be changed. but it might be possible to see them choose another that would be more suitable to dark jedi.
