I would like to know what the procedure of tunning is, Iknow its not random cuz I asked a CSR and he said its not random but he couldnt divulge that information cuz its a spoiler.Plz inform me how u guys do it.

It is entirely random. Anything after that is total hearsay. I dont care if the devs told you it wasnt random, it is.
