Anyone know hte duration time, if it sticks well... and the reduction %'s?

20-25secs
It sticks usually well
25% debuff on Action/20% debuff on Mind

u think the 20-25 seconds are worth it rather than having 0004enh but having 0003 enh

Honestly, it's not even worth considering. I had Improved Sap for a while and it works great, definatelyworth it if you can fit it into your template.. But when I was grinding it up I wouldn't even bother using the unimproved version. Unless you have Master Powers it hardly seemed to stick.. Plus the debuff won't even phase the BHs now with their regen foods. Basically..Only bother with it if you have intentions of getting the improved one.

Its good, but the mind cost on it is really really high. So, unless you plan on using it minimally (if thats even a real word) I dont think id even bother with it....
I'd probably go with the 0004 and get Imp Force Shield and Imp. Force wave

Yea, if you do go for Sap, go with the Imp version. Basic isnt worth it, the mind cost is ridiculous.
