I just recently fought a jedi on tc2 with a melee/doc template, on live i have a hard time with these guys b/c of speed healing and ab armor. With the new action cost on healign and the fix for speed healing a melee doc can not keep up once a jedi starts puttign on the damage. Jedi of course still only use mind and force when they heal which is a good thing. From this test i can conclude that i will be having alot of fun on my jedi because of his regained strength in melee combat.

Second Test i used a mbh/mcm template and applied snare to a jedi, i then applied dots and the whoel nine yards, however when the snare was about to fall the jedi rooted me in place as i approached to re apply ( my guess is he had alot of def) once i was rooted the jedi kded me and after i got up i was alomost dead i then healed but to no avail my action had begain to drain with each heal and i was out.

From these two test i can safely say that the changes to Force Run are nto as terrible as some think and are certainly not the bane of jedi, that lies elsewhere. With the new healing cost for non jedi jedi gain back some of the pwoer we have had taken from us.

Question. did they Fix the Speed bug yet on TC? I've read the first 3 pages looking for anything about the Speed bug didn't see anything. would you know?

(the bug that is only allowing us to swing for only once per 2 seconds? even if you have +25 +25 speed tapes)

Yes i believe they have but i never had a problem achieving the same speed as the exploiters with timing my macro to hit the different attacks every chance possible, i attack just as fast without exploitign the cooldown. i have seen soem jedi be killed by the so called perma snare but most of them are still fightign like the old system not adapting their tactics. one things for sure if the jedi gets in close its over regular professions cannot keep up with healign liek they use to.

oh and with the speed thing you actually attacking at 1.25seconds it only appears as 2 in the timestamp due to round off.

At last some actual TC2 PvP testing.

Thank you.

Of course, before hangng out the flags we'd need this tested in a "full-on" live environment with foods, etc., but it does sound encouraging.

I agree, but it has also come to my attention through results gained from another test taht alot of jedi special cost are beign changed for the better, thus increasing out power. Im very optimistic for this change and the expansion offers a great star wars feel.
