I have the usual /forceHeal self macro and I am not gettin the heals to go there all of the time just some times. I was testing this with a friend, I hit heal and wait and wait and wait nothing so I hit is again. ok that time it went through. Ok so I guess I hae to hit it twice, tried that same problem. So is anyone else getting this?
It's happening to me all the time with Doc heals. It has cost me a couple of deaths. The heals just seem to go.... Nowhere.
For me the only way to fix it is to hit the ESC key 5-6 times. Then I can usually heal again.

If you are running macros or attacking frequently, with one attack queued...it could just be getting "lost" and the other commands taking priority. Now I have had times when my entire toolbar stops working and have had to/logout, exit to windows and reload...this usually clears the problem.

happened to me the last couple days, I hit the macro and it just skips it until the next time around or even the second time around.

ESC works for me...
I have to admit that this is why I liked the combat queue...I could see what was queued up much easier....never have liked the toolbar/icon thing....

I had the same problem.
Change your macro as follows:
/clear;
/forceheal self;
It worked wonders for me (still not 100% reliable but much better than before).

What I cant stand is when i actually use the heal hotkey and I heal someone else while I am attacking my target. Cost me many a death in PVP. I constantly need to untarget then hit the hotkey for it to work properly. Annoying.

I have my heals on a macro as well but this is what I use:
/target Dubber;
/pause .25;
/Force heal;
