Well you see some Jedi have SAC and some do not. Usually the ones that don't have SAC will run from a BH and then you can say hey he probably lacks SAC but others will stay and fight. I would say that some Jedi's SAC is larger than other Jedi's SAC.

SAC stands for Speical Action Cost. Its the amount of your action bar that is used up doing an action with your weapon. This is multiplied by a factor assigned to each special to determine how much action each special costs you.
In lightsaber crafting the same experimentation line (Efficieny) affects both the SAC and the Force cost. The lower the SAC the more attacks you can do before your action and force are depleated and you have to rest before you can hit the target again.
Against a powerful opponent you have to manage these costs to avoid getting into a situation where you have to stand around not hitting the target waiting for your action and force to be regenerated.

The higher the SAC of your saber, the more action and mind your attacks will cost.

Dang, I wish I had your problems. I would slap a puppy to get a saber like that. That is about as good as a saber gets.

Nah experiment to 100 then put the rest in damage. 100 is a Good Sac#. I have a 95 but can't tell the difference between the 100 and the 95 so I would go with the 100.

Pre CU saber is the way to go. I just wish I would have made it to MLS before CU so I could have had a nicer saber but oh well.

My saber is 96 at the moment but I wasn't able to put any points into damage or speed at all. But when I get MLS I'll have a couple of more points to play with.
I think the SAC is important (FC is more important) and I don't know how much more damage you could get with those points. The best thing I can suggest is to experiment two different sabers and see which you like best for your playstyle.

Trust me the difference between 95 sac and 100 sac is not noticeble and the fact that he has a pre cu saber makes this a non issue any way you almost always take the pre-cu saber hands down.

TBH, I haven't seen much of a difference between my pre-CU and post-CU sabres. Certainly not more than a few points either way.
As long as the SAC is around the100 mark, its all about the crystals/pearls.
