Thread: Best tunes off crystals that drop post CU?

My best was off a fair of all things 75/75 -6
just wondering what the best people have tuned, preferably off crystals or pearls that drop now?

91 Damage -8 speed is the best on pearls or crystals I've looted since CU. Last night I looted 4 pearls and the best tune was 50 something damage so I say "F* you JoBu, I do it myself" lol

I tuned a good pearl today to 105, -5, 0.12 speed. I wish the speed had been better.
That's the first tune I've had over 100, and I've tuned about 150 quality crystals/ good pearls post-CU. (I've looted everyone of them)
My pre-CUcrystal tunesweren't that good, I'm slowly replacing them with post-CU tunes but it's really disheartening to tune dozens and dozens of crystals/pearls to 30-50 damage, which has been my average tune.
I've only using one of my pre-CUcrystals now, whichconverted to99 damage, but the speed is 0.03, soI really want to replace that with a better speed tune.

yeah i hear you, i cant use a gen 4 with my current crystals where are you looting quality crytals now?

I loot the quality crystals from the island outside the MO on Dant. But I'm focused mostly on pearls now.
This may be totally coincidental, but even though the pearls are a lower quality level than quality crystals, I've noticed good pearls seem to have better speed than the average quality crystal. I've even noticed that the damage is often better, although I'm not as convinced about the damage being better on pearls.
In my experience crystals on the whole have tuned <0.1 (e.g. 0.05 is a typical stat), whereas pearls, for me, have tuned > 0.1. I've even had a 0.28 tune on a pearl, and several >0.2.
Again this could be coincidental.

I've had some good tunes off of Quality crystals before pub 22; something about that publish has just increased lag to ridiculous levels. I think it's due to the programmer who made the graphics changes not knowing what he was doing and breaking the code optimization.
Anyway, best tune I've had post 22 was last night, off a fair quality crystal; -0.21 speed, -9 FC.
I would be using this crystal right now, except for the damage: 52/52.
I tried setting it in my lightsaber, but no matter which crystal I replaced, I ended up with a lower damage and a lower DPS, and the 4 FC I would have saved just wasn't worth it.
Pity.

best i've tuned post cu is 106 and -4, friend went krayt huntin 2days ago, first krayt dropped a pearl that he tuned for 108 -8 and -.17 speed
