Looks like a fun template to play, but unfortunately, even with friends healing or stims, you'll really lack the healer branch. And Powers without master, you'll miss accuracy, but if you use it for fun, why not 
What I would advise is to drop master def, maybe to 4040 def (or 4440 def if you want real good innate armor), and invest the extra point at least into healer. Remember power is also still force consuming, even if they diminished the cost.
About damage, as it stands now, it's really hard to get good pearls without having to tune lots and lots of them - unless you have lots of preCU premium or a large bank account. And powers won't be as efficient as LS, remember that when using lightning you'll have to stand still, which is annoying in PvP. So you can't count only on your damage to save your life.
hehe... so yeah, from what i've read the xx4x branch of Powers is pretty nice due to the intimidate skill... any feedback on that, are force intimidate and weaken really effective? if not I probably just won't go any powers at all...
