Well after some consideration and some recent non fixes in Jedi I took a break. I was an FRS Knight before the CU and enjoyed the days where I only really feared a mind fire pike. Alas, those days are gone and I dread the long getting caught off guard by the MBH/MCM. So I took a look at what I really enjoy doing as a Jedi. Hmmmm, for me thats being a loot monger. I had to take a look at my loot options.

4key options for higher end loot came to mind.

1.) Aukuan missions. Somewhat ok but more of a hassle to spend 4 hours running missions and get 1 sea hich may or may not have any use.

2.) Imperial Missions and Rebel Bases..I killed 160 rebel npc's over lev 80. Looted 1 ca, 20 crappy weapons.......00000 Holos.

3.) Krayts .....Not even really worth the time of day anymore. BH's get better weapon enhancers and Krayt tissues are severly gimped. I have killed 450 Krayts post u and have never seen 1 drop an SEA. Pearls from Krayts now are completely pointless.

4.) DJM/DJK...well I somewhat screwed myself on this one. I accidently completed the mission 1 day lol.

So In conclusion.

I do not have luck which completely sucks for me and anyone else without it. I do not have the ability to loot holos because they rarely if never drop off dead rebeles(Nice imbalance in faction looting here). Pearls blow and SEA's seem to be fed through the game now in BH marks.

So, I just log on to the other MMORG subscription I have and its packed with loot. No imbalance in faction looting. TONS of loot and just an overall good time. Albeit its a PVP server so there is some greif at the begining of your chracter...lesson learned when low level never attack a level 60 alone.

Anyway, instead of complaining about the loot in SoE I will let them collect my 15 dollars a month until I get completely fed up and disgusted with the fact they built a system for everyone but Jedi, stripped saber block for the cu and put it in FRS(the mythand legend of its return awaits) and just completely hosed up the loot tables but where able to fix/improve a single mob(not krayts) for BH's but Jedi get no love.

If I can't get my loot fix in SoE I will geet it elsewheres for the time being.

sometimes....well...sometimes its better to get yourself 5 trash bags, and put them inside each other, walk over to the neighbors house and ask if you can buy some bee's (only works if your neighbor is a bee-keeper).....then get them to help you remove two or three honeycombs with as many bee's on them as possible.....put them in the trashbags and seal em up tight.....then toss the sack in the freezer....now...bees are amazing creatures....you can freeze em solid, and when they thaw out, they spring back to life....its really eerie....anyway....take your frozen sack of bee's and toss it in a "friend"'s car...make sure the windows are for the most part rolled up, and ideally, you want to put the bee bag underneath the seat, or some other place that's out of the way.....best practical joke ever.....particularly funny if applied to "friend"s who happen to be programmers, and work in texas, for a large computer entertainment company.

also, catfish bait, available at any sporting goods shop.....oh gawd that stuff stinks....put it on a door handle or the side of the steeringwheel that is closer to the instrument panel.....they'll never get rid of the smell....and if they try and wash it off with warm water it just causes the odor to permeate their skin and last even longer.

one other thing that can be great....you know those cards they sell that allow you to record your own voice message? well...if ya get a good one with an extremely heavy duty battery, you can get the thing to repeat anything you want for days on end....so you record something like the friend's themesong, and drop the device into an inaccessable area of their automobile (such as the void left after removing one of the rear door ashtrays of most full sized sedans, lotta room in that hole to drop alotta stuff, then ya replace the ashtray) while just annoying at first, over time, this can eat away at the sanity of your mark.

Well thats what I find great about the CU. It broke my gaming addiction to SWG. Canceled two of my three accounts. The third is canceled but paid till December. Used to be I had the template before the CU I was working toward 0404 LS was my goal was all nov force professions except 2000 healer and 0311 LS wasn't going to do the favored duel spin attack. Was actually enjoying going out after faabas. I was even playing my alt a lot as a crafter / swordsman. Had all this armor I could use. A hord of resources. A stock of nice weapons collected. My Master Doc/ Master Musician was nice to have buff and rez me too. Now its just a blaw level system. Oh sure some of the new combat features are nice in the game but the level system on everything sorta makes the game look dull. I can get lvl 10 kaadu missions when I'm lvl 10 and lvl 80 kaadu missions when I'm lvl 80. Sorta takes the fun outta the game. I used to go after any wild spawn but now its not worth the waste of time since no xp.

How can you say you've lived life if you've never danced?
Well I do remember Han having a one piece suit made out of carbonite but it weighed a ton. Still it didnt require any ironing and was very wear resistant.

If its true in the future as well to no force abilities when holding a rifle or such sorta hurts enhancer and powers folk and healers.

Im in a similar situation at the mo.

I havent cancelled my account but I haven't played for a while now, I keep wondering wether to just cancel but there is always hope something amazing might come along

Ill keep playing CoH as I'm having loads of fun on that. Maybe when the FRS returns it will prove to be good and I'll come back for that not sure. Also like the other guys said, access to this forum is probably worth my subscription fee.

Lol,

Logged in tonight killed about 25 Krayt in 2 sessions. 4 setsof tissues 2 scales. 1 trigger asembly. Logout out. Log into WoW. Kill Loot level, PvP some, Loot some more. That game has it when loot isnt just centered on one proffesion ..cough..BH. Its not as though my saber isnt a precu nice saber. I just like killing krayts and high end mobs. That said no loot since CU has basically killed my drive to play SWG. SO until SoE removes head from place where it is I will enjoy the other game and loot till my hearts content. Lol it even has CONTENT. Go figure...not just one stupid wookie planet that for all intensive purposes has 1 loot drop worth anything to a Jedi.

Qrowaw maybe you have something there. Could be what the next expansionis all about. I mean what other thing could worry both the Empire and the rebels, affect all professions. Could be the ultimate quest thats both dark and treacherous "the hunt for SOEs head." Once you enter this cave there may be no escape.
