I was considering this before I decided on MLS/ 4000 Heal/ 3402 Enhanc/ 4040 Def

Is the Force run 2 and the meditation worth the loss in melee defense? I ask this more from a PvE perspective, as I don't PvP much. I'd like to have meditation, but I always get beat on so much I figured I would just have to have the melee defense.

I spend most of my time pvp'ing, i can also solo necrosis with this template

The force armour 2 and aura stacked give amazing defenses imo and i can easily take (forgot what its called) the food which gives +102 melee def

ls 0444 / mdef / enh 3002 / heal 4000
mls / menh / heal 4040

I changed from mls 4440def 3002 enh 4000heal over to mls 4040def 3002 enh 4040 heal. So far I'm liking sap, nowhere near as good as it was before the nerf but I think sap will make an even bigger difference when those new action and mind costs hit live. I mainly like the animation for sap but I still love my first template just trying something new.I have already slayed several bh with this temp including teams of 2 bh at once.
