The keyword in your title is "rumor", and it was started on the forums by people who want it harder to get or day I say "nerfed"
Its stupid, its a rumor that the whiners created to try and get it moved.
Why shouldnt it be moved?
1) Powers will then have 4 major skills in the master box so not only will cloak have to be moved but im sure another one will.
2) Whining and crying about a skill is not a reason to call for a nerf, yes a nerf..to Jedi not the skill.
3) Nerf to Jedi. Jedi will not be as diverse in skills and certain powers will always be mastered instead of it being diverse.
4) If they want to change it due to FRS or because Jedi should be able to sense it, that can be done without moving it. There can be a resistance to it based off your force defense. Force defense because cloak does not make you invis, it just fogs peoples minds thinking your not there. Force defense could resist this effect.
5) If they move it, a respec will probably be issued out. Not jsut for this move if it does occur but for all the other moving it will force and all the Jedi nerfs from every publish post CU.

BH rumors, they keep crying for it, making that branch it is in nearly worthless and stacking more skills into the master box. I haven't seen a single word indicating otherwise on it from a DEV or anyone at SOE. But every BH talks about it like it's carved into stone that it will get moved.
The BH want it in master powers and breakable with droids, along with a 30 second time limit and 5 minute cooldown.
