Thread: Any Other Non-Masters Out There?
i have a non master template
x4x4 sabers
44x3 enh
xx4x def
x4xx powers
414x healer
saber 607-704 @ 12 FC
yeah you NEED a nice saber to make do with x4x4 sabers - if you have a sub 600 saber you are really forced into master LS to be viable.. as x4x4 with +50 speed and accy mods in my clothes.. the only real diff between me as a dabbler and a MLS build is a little less accy and an area attack or two.. however ill trade that for 41 skill points to spend elsewhere anyday...

and i can fair pretty good against most. your template only counts for 50% of your skills. the other 50% is how u use the skills you have. i've beaten lots of double mastery temps and single mastery temps with ease, just because they don't know how to play their jedi properly i'm sure.
although i have been thinking abotu dropping my 2 powers lines for mls, for added speed and a few new specials which would come in handy

Your post leads me to believe the +25 cap on accuracy and speed is no more??? As for Dervish... lol, you aren't missing much. It's a joke. I really do like the possibilities of 41 extra points. How do you do in Jedi vs Jedi PvP???? I'd hate to go this route then loose often in the new FRS.

+25 gen melee speed and +25 2h LS speed = +50
re - AOE i have no spin either so actually i have NO aoe attack anywhere - which is quite a hinderance when faced with 20 CL40 enemies all at once...
PvP i rarely lose - ive not done much large scale PvP - and PvP is all about knowing your template - i KNOW when to run and when to fight.. SAP is a great weapon vs alot of jedi with high SAC sabers.. and the improved ROOT is much more effective than the short root and FR1 is in pvp vs a kiting BH - so i cant run as fast but i can almost chain root you 
jedi vs Jedi its all about the saber damage and the buffs you have up - i can usually cloak and choose my time to attack someone.. even if they attack me first.. - gives me loads of time to use a health buff crystal etc and then to strike.. vs a ranged player... (even with an amazing weapon) i can just stand there and absorb the damage.. then strike at will when thier action is low.. i LOVE my template it is a tough one to learn and use right but it has all the toys - and still has great offence and an acceptable (but force active) defence.

saber action cost 95 and im twilek - so no action worries ever.. - sap is a great friend and i cut up most opponents i face.. BH not beaten me for 3 months.. (not that i get on the terms much - dont play that often atm) i love having ther best of each profession - the only master box i fell i could use is MENH - but i cant bring myself to spean 23 more points for the master box.
IM effectively a MLS build though as ive been able to spend alot of my worth (ex master WS) capping myself out on tapes... oh and btw im a POST cu unlock - anything is possible in this game - just have to know what you are doing..
I'm a def 4440, ls 0424, enhancer 3002, healer 4000 and powers 0400. I'm going to have to drop my famed cloak because I am not doing enough damage up against a Combat Medic... So it will be 4440 def, mls, enhance 3002, healer 4000.
This will be my third template change.

Go check out the Weapons Research Facility (or whatever it is called) on Naboo. I snagged two Sith Holocrons in about a half hour there last night... Not sure if it's on a timer though because I stayed to work on m faction and those were the only Holos I got (and all the NPCs stopped giving creds or anything after about the first 30 minutes or so).
You of course have to be Rebel to do this one.
