I cant comment on other templates with /cloak, but I did some tests tonight with BH friends and it's not all bad.

The main thing I tested was not to rely on cloak so much. I've been resisting the temptation to not hit cloak as soon as I travel, and it's been fine.

My tests with BH friends have simply been restricted to 'can I escape without cloak?'

The answer is yes. Even without cloak, I can /root them for 20 seconds, FR2 (but remember you can pull a swoop instantly) and vanish.

If they fix the BH exploits they say they will, this nerf may be a good thing. THe only people who should worry about the nerf are the ones who exploit cloak, and frankly I dont give a rats about them. Also those without /root may have a problem.
