2. Stealthy players cant use any specials while cloaked - includes healing etc
3. There will be a exemption list - currently only Concealshot is on this list so Rifleman can shoot while under cover....
Spot the flaw?
Well, a Hybrid with a Rifle can now cloak. Go prone and shoot people with concealshot without being able to be hit back. Concealshot wont break cloak because its on the exemption list and cloak works by the generic code for all stealth.
Sure the Devs will fix this. They need to fix it by putting more special rules in for this and another 4 sneaky issues I know of, not to mention 100's other players will find. So, if each ability has more custom rules than generic ones - whats the point of having the generic system as its all going to be a bug laden mess.
The easier Dev solution is to make it so Cloak doesnt work with rifles - so make it so you cant use force powers while wielding a weapon as the already hacked TRE files state.
