snare on AI and cloak is pretty pointless imo

hmm.. this got me wondering.


How does FR3 fare when you're snared? Do you walk slowly when snared like normal regardless of having FR3 activated?

W/ FR1 you can run faster than regular with CM or rifleman snare on, so I guess FR3 can pretty much disable all affects of snare and you're still faster than burstrun.
