I dunno. I got my annual update from the Star Wars official site and it had a little blurb on the Jedi. It was more or less the stuff we know already, but it also mentioned that Jedi could craft Holocrons using the Force Crystals. Have the Jedi (not jedis, for future notice. Jedi is its own plural) tired using a Holocron themselves? I guess there is nothing mentioned on the tree about it, but I may be wrong. Oh, well.

My friend who is a jedi used a holo I gave him to see what would happen. All it said was a message like "You must continue to find your own path" or somthing like that.

Maybe you have to make it to knight, then try a Holo. It would make sence.

Light side = craftJedi Holocrons

Dark side = Craft Sith Holocrons

I still don't know. Maybe it was a bogus statement, but its a statement from a reputable source and is worth looking into.
