I find it funny that the devs keep nurfing jedi's, yet they plan on releasing an expansion with jedi content.

Somthing is so wrong in someones head it's not even funny anymore.

Slow down, what did they do first of all?

Secondly, I dont know how many times they have to say it, to still not have people like you assuming that it's a Jedi Expansion.

Its not a Jedi content Expansion, sure there is some new Jedi stuff to be had (crystal, robes) but it's not meant as a "Jedi" expansion.


I do however agree on it being sad that Jedi continue to be nerfed. I'm sorry, but I don't care what your BH template is. You shoudl NOT be abel to take down a Jedi Knight (full template) who is on top of his game. By that I mean, unless the guy is already low on force from already being in a fight.


A BH SHOULD have to be smart, and pick his time to strike. Not simply be able to run in and at the very least, stand toe to toe with a full template Jedi. I love my BH alts, I find them very fun characters to play, but I hate the fact that they, and other templates, are at least on the same level as many Jedi templates, and in some cases even better. Its just not right.

When you run the quests for the various themeparks from JEDI.. is that "Jedi Content"? Because this is what your logic alludes to. If I take a mission from Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine, or Luke Skywalker.. it's "Jedi Content". Right? That's what ToOW is... taking missions from a Jedi NPC. That's "Jedi Content" isn't it?


I'm so tired of this. Obi-wan is only PART of the expansion, and haven't the DEVs stated that ANYONE can take his quests? New robes? Sure. A solution to crystals/pearls.. possibly (though not likely). But that's it. EVERYTHING ELSE is just as a typical expansion is expected to be. New loot weapons more powerful than weaponsmiths can make. New enhancements available to further imbalance the professions.

A new planet, mount (to run the CH mount market into the ground), speeder (to run the Artisan speeder business into the ground), new structure (to kill off the archetects), etc.. etc..

the expansion isn't necessarily "jedi content"... yes it would seem there is a new color crystal for sabers... that's like 2% of the entire expansion though... the devs themselves said that this is not, nor was it planned to be an expansion aimed specificly towards jedi... in fact, i believe they said they tried to make this expansion more enjoyable for other classes without necessarily focusing on jedi at all. The devs don't care.... they're not a friend....
