it starts when i have 5 seconds left on AI and last for 15 seconds

I don't think this is actually a result of AI, it's actually a creature specific attack. It was one of the attacks that came about in the CH upgrade, and now apparently wild creatures have it. I was attacked by a cl18 vine rawl with it today.
