so far my template is 4040 def mls 4000 heal and 3002 enhancer
ok so should i go for improved force armor or improved force valor.... .. or just get the ranged defense line in defender.
i like to pvp so consider that

Sorry mis read. Valor is good against ranged only aura is good against both melee and ranged

Plus valor uses force on each sucessful block. IMO Aura would be much better.

keeping aura im wondering about either going 4440 defender or going for force armor..

LOL My bad I guess I misread it twice. In that case I would go 4440 because it would give you +16 innate armor and +90 toranged defense extra. Force armor and valor is good against 1 enemie, but multiple enemies will drain your force real fast. I would go with the higher ranged def.

To your original question: If you have Def 4040, Force Armor over Force Valor anytime or you will take a lot of damage.
To this question: It depends on your playstyle. Force Armor means spending a little Force for every hit you take, Force Ranged Defense means less armor (so more Force and combat turns spent on healing), but no Force cost for the actual hits. Its a personal style thing. I would got with Force Armor.
