xtals should drop at quality. havent had a better xtal since CU.

from my experience, pearls have been dropping up to "good" and crystal have been dropping up to "quality".

What drops quality crystals?

Well I have never tuned a pearl or crystal post CU and have always had a tune over 100.


I just had a pre-CU jedi tell me tonight how happy he was to get a tune for 93 damage -4 FC and thats from a pre-CU perspective.
