When activating cloak I'm sure it's like any other power. If used in view of others it gives Vis. (Funny since you actually disappear from view).... BUT When you release Cloak in front of others and NPCs, soes it cause Vis?

Also.. While cloaked you can activate some powers, arm/disarm your saber which usually causes Vis.. but do they still cause Vis when you are Cloaked?

Yes.. I'm trying to keep my Vis down.. hehe

Yes you gain visibility on the activation and de-activation of cloak. Also you will gain visibility during the use of this skill because it has a maintence cost for using it.
