Whens the last time you went to buy something and got this type of aggressive attitude. It's "obvious" he is talking down on us like a lower lifeform. He is the one who was inappropriate imo.

i totly aggree i work in customer relations as a job if i spoke to a customer like that id be displined for that kind of behavor

Seriously, I played mxo from the earliest stages of closed beta till about two months after live. Despite it's repetitional gameplay, it constantly had actual live events from the devs, on top of all the activities from the players. Several times a week the storyline was continuing, with devs controlling multiple players and giving us tasks and requests.. and players were personally recognized for their efforts.

SOE must have saw that if word of this got out.. *gasp* interaction... it may spell the end of SOE's products and other companies may catch on..

SOE bought mxo, canned most of the live events team. (WT-F??!)

WoW will be next.. O.o
