Thread: show me a screen shot of a Live server -4300 bh shot with sl buffs (or 3100 )

I tested this with one of the best bh's on our server. He was all dressed up with all his purtiest toys.
His temp mr/mbh (accur foods and aim)
My temp mls enh 3xx3 def xx4x heal 4 (no foods) (aura off)
He was using the increased damage buff and the best he -1880 with his best shot.
PS on a jedi with 4x44 def. he missed 3 out of 5 shots while trying to test this. And only did around 1200 dam when he did hit.

Well I can tell you that last night I did test this exact scenario.
BH / Rifle with a SL buff of high yield and critical hit chance
No aura on using Sniper Shot
Critical Hit - 5200 damage base before armor reduction (on me after armor is was like 2850 or so)
Non Critical Hit - 3800 damage base before armor reduction (on me after armor is was like 2100 or so)
I dont have a SS but in my time I have tested all kinds of different issues. I dont feel like doing it again, so you can take my word for it or you can not.
Anyone who knows me and has seen my other test results would know that i do not F around.
On a side not we also tested the defensive buffs for SL:
The Armor group buff reduces more damage than the defense group buff, but the defense group buff adds a chance to miss.
We had a Master Defender up to blocking 62% of incoming damage by putting Armor group buff and single buff on them at same time.
Also if you are a Jedi or TK and wear a piece of armor you get no benefit from the Armor group buff. That is something that needs to be looked at.

thanks, I appreciate your help. So you are saying that when the critical "hit" it went for 2800damage after all mitigation?
thx for the help with def buff.
Do you think this is as big of a deal as all of the Flame Warriors do?

They had a thread showing step by step how to do this, but I cannot find it. I'll try and find out how they are doing it, it must be corrected.

listen to sidalo he knows his stuff... jedi is in a lot of pain right now :
just take a stand and not fight back... use your alts or whatever..
i just had a bh come after me.. MBH/MCM attacks me on dath.. got to love all the hills.. and the perma snare.. i decide not to fight back, so i just stand there with aura and infusion running on macro, the bh doesn't give up... so i decide to use my buff crystal and say to him that this will go no were.. i had 80% force and another buff crystal waiting to be used.. so he would have had to wait for about 4 hrs straigh to take me out. he decides to leave and understantds my side of my rejection to fight... at this point i decide to go back to my city and into the safe house we have there.. 5 min later another bh shows up.. then another and then again the same one on dath.. so i have 3 bh waiting outside my house... i decide to switch to my alt and meet them outside
to have a chat... they had grouped up and well all fully buffed with both doc and SL buffs.. at that point i decided to log and have dinner....
take a stand and not fight bh or just use your alts.. let the bh community complain for us so they fix us maybe they will listen to them more than they do us. this is not about jedi it's about the melee community which has been turned useless as of patch 24
