i need to know dose the combat lvl matter weather or not i loot a good CA's
i am llooking for a LS exp CA's =)

make a mbh and hunt boss marks they drop these in numbers from +2-+12 is highest ive heard
its possible the lvl 25's in the aakuuan caves drop these, but w new loot system the higher the enemy lvl the better loot

Generally, the higher level of the NPC the higher the MOD on the tape.

How did you get to the point of needing a LS Exp tape (that you are jedi is hereby assumed) without learning any of this stuff?
Usually over the course of the MONTHS it takes (bare minimum) to unlock your jedi, one would learn about loot tables and such.
Surely you aren't 'just starting to play' and 'happen to have a jedi' ???

I did get a +18 tape off of a CL82 boss mark, and I've heard of higher than that.

You're setting yourself an almost impossible task. You could loot 30 marks a day and get maybe 3 CA's from them. There must be about 40 different skills that each CA could have, and LS Exp is only one of them. So to guarantee getting a LS Exp suit, you would be looting for 10 or more hours a day, every day, for upwards of 3-4 months before you could be sure of getting +25 in tapes....

Ive looted several jedi CAs off of Nightsisters and Stormtroopers. dbl saber speed +11, 2h saber accuracy +11, and force power max +5 (lame)
