Heya,

Sorry if this has been asked before. I currently have improved Force Aura and Improved Force Armor for my defense but if possible I'd like to reduce the strain on my force caused by my Force Armor taking hits. If I took another line in Defense to give me more Jedi Innate Armor, would that mean my Force Armor is likely to take less of a pounding?

Cheers,

not from my testing, FA seems to deduct from the total amount absorbed reguardless of how much was done from IFA or normal defense, however if you get armorbreak applied to you it drains much less because it blocks much less if that helps.. and no unfortunatly it doesnt seem like getting more defense and dropping to x2xx is viable either because from what I hear the force cost on the standard force armor is even worse.

IFA only costs force for the damage reduced by the +40 innate armour it gives. So adding more innate armour wont really help there. Getting more melee/ranged defence will however as it will reduce the damage done and to hit chance.
