Introduction

I see some confusion with what food is worth it post CU. As a Chef I thought I should supply you with this guide, based on my experience as Jedi. In this guide I have not bothered with any of the food that gives just a few seconds of effect. Anything less than 7min was scrapped.

Some of the values are estimated, and many are based on famous 12pt chefs on Corbantis.
If someone can offer additional info and point out mistakes, let me know.

ABOUT PUBLISH 17: Publish 17 changed how food stacks. More info about stacking in "Buff".

ABOUT PUBLISH 19: Publish 19 made Mind important again since it's used for our heals. Becouse of this weneed to priotize what's less important than Mind Regeneration. Since weare healers, that falls on Health Regeneration.

Long LastingCombo for PvE
1. Kanali Wafer, Blob Candy and Spiced Tea (50min)
2.
Booster Blue (15min)
3. Crispic (11min)
4.
Docbuff (45min)
5. Air Cake (DEFENDER ONLY) (15min)
6. Vegaparsine (Non-Defender Only) (15min) **

** Read the important notes regarding Vegaparsine lower down in the "Defense" section.

Thanks to long lasting food, this will lasts for 50min up to an hour depending how good food you get.
The effect will be much lower than the combo below, but will lasts for a very long time.
The values are using the best values I found in my server (around 180)

Estimated Total:
No Docbuff/Docbuff
+780
/+1080 Health
-500/-200Health Regeneration
+780/+1080 Action Regeneration
+780/+1080 Mind Regeneration
+70 Melee Accuracy
+40 Ranged Accuracy
+100 Melee Defense (NON-DEFENDER ONLY)
+35% "Dodge" (DEFENDER ONLY)

MaxedCombo for PvP/Super PvE:
1. Pick A or B:
- A. Breath of Heaven (6:45min) and Vagnarian Canape (13:30min) *
- B. Mandalorian Wine (6:45min) and Won-Won (13:30min) *
2. Booster Blue (15min)
3. Crispic (11min)
4. Docbuff (45min)
5. Pikatta Pie (DEFENDER ONLY) (22min)
6. Vegaparsine (NON-DEFENDER ONLY)
**

* Question: Why not Vercupti + Kiwik Clusjo Swirl? Answer: Becouse food filling is too great.

** Read the important notes regarding Vegaparsine lower down in the "Defense" section.

Estimated Total:
No Docbuff
/Docbuff
+1488/+1788 Health*
-350/-50 Health Regeneration
+800/+1100 Action Regeneration *
+850/+1150Mind Regeneration
*
+70 Melee Accuracy
+40 Ranged Accuracy
+100 Melee Defense (NON-DEFENDER ONLY)
+50% "Dodge" (DEFENDER ONLY)

* Theese values are using max efficiency on my server, and human values.
* Breath of Heaven + Vagnarian Canape. Swap theese values if you take Mandalorian Wine + Won-Won.

"Buffs"

Here are the rules:
Health: Medium priority
Health Regeneration: Low priority
Action: High priority
Mind: High priority

Reasoning:
* The faster the Jedi are, the more Action they need. Look for "Action Regeneration" on the food. Sap and Stun can easily render most MLS templates useless if they dont watch themselves. A duel without Action quickly turns to a slow-hitting dance in which two tired Jedi can barely hurt eachother more than they regenerate.
* Since Publish 19, Jedi will now use Mind for heals.Look for "Mind Regeneration" on the food. Sap and Stun can be a real curse againstJedi/Doctor templatesif they dont watch themselves.
* When to select between health and action, remember that you can heal Health. Many good foods give Health+Action in one food, but you cannot in any way restore your actionbar other than waiting, or use food.
* When to select between Health and Health regeneration, remember that you are a Jedi, your heals are your regen. You just need enough to survive until you get the heals made.
* Ignore this list if you are not a Healer/Doctor/Combat Medic. Other rules apply to them, since the rest do not use Mind as we do. For your alt, consider Breath of Heaven/Neutron Pixie instead. If you got any, donate them to someone who arent a doctor, they need it more than you.

Buff Stacking Rules:
* You can stack a Type A with a Type B as long as HR/AR/MR equals max+250.
* You cannot stack Type A with another Type A or a Type B with another Type B.
* Type D and E overwrites other buffs of the same kind.

+MR Breath of Heaven (D 50) + Ahrisa (F 33): 620 200 200 250
* The fact that Vercupti isa food makes it difficult to use in combos.

-HR Vercupti (F* 50)+ Kiwik Clusjo (F 33): 670 200 250 250

Spices:
-HR Booster Blue (Spice): H: +20%, HR: -20%, AR: +20%, MR: +20%, DURATION: 15min
-AR Moun Gold (Spice): H: +20%, HR: +20%, AR: -20%, MR: +20%, DURATION: 15min
-MR Neutron Pixie (Spice): H: +20%, HR: +20%, AR: +20%, MR: -20%, DURATION: 15min

About Spice: The % only effects your original amount (3000). So you never get more than 600 from a spice if you are human.
If you need spice, take Booster Blue. Moun Gold cripples your action. Neutron Pixie cripples your mind.
Safety Tip for new players: Take spiceduring battle. Not while waiting for things to happen)

Accuracy

Sadly Lightsabers are borked right now, for us who didnt got enough crystals before the CU. There are several situations in which a regular weapon (uncertified) can replace the Lightsaber and do a much more effective job. Lootgrinding with VibroLance (no forcecost), shooting stuff at 65m with a Laser Rifle, or gunning down a running/stoppingshot BH with a Featherweight FWG5...
This can also give you assistance if you are a Lightsaber user against someone with particulary high defense, or love to blind you nonstop.

Accuracy Food
Crispic (Food):
Melee Accuracy +70, Ranged Accuracy +40, FILL:16 (4:44min), DURATION:11min (GRIND APPROVED)
Gralinyn(Food): Accuracy (only vs creatures) +45, FILL:21, DURATION:19,5min (ESTIMATED VALUES)

Defense

Defense Food:
Elshandruu Pica Thundercloud (Drink):
+90 Ranged Defense, FILL: 17 (3:06min), DURATION: 17min (BROKEN)
Vegeparsine (Food): +100 Melee Defense, FILL: 27 (8:06min), DURATION: 16min (BROKEN)
Vayerbok (Drink): +10 Block, FILL: 20, DURATION: 16min(Estimated number (BROKEN)

Elshandruu Pica Thundercloud and Vegaparsine is currently *BROKEN*.

At first you will not note any effect when taking theese foods, but you can "enable" the effect by the following:
Elshandruu Pica Thundercloud only gives you bonus if you have a ranged weapon equipped.
Vegaparsine only gives you bonus if you have a melee weapon equipped.
To "Enable" the effect you must unequip and reequip your weapon!

Vayerbok appears to give no effect on block.

Update: There have been alot of discussions regarding Vayerbok. Proper tests have been made and compared with or without Valor and it's safe to say that Vayerbok is broken and gives no effect whatsoever for a Jedi.

Dodge Food (effects estimated):
Air Cake (Food):
+35%, FILL: 9 (2:42min), DURATION:15min (GRIND APPROVED)
Pikatta Pie (Food): +50%FILL: 28 (8:24min), DURATION:22min (GRIND APPROVED)

Both of theese only offers an advantage if your defenses are high. They are godsent to a Master Defender who uses Aura, but barely gives any bonus to the rest of us. It definitely lowers the damage you take from weapons with a long damage range (like 500-1000dmg), although not as much against lightsabers. However, non-master lightsabers have quite some problems hitting someone who just took a Pikatta Pie, which definitely offers an advantage in Jedi vs Jedi pvp.

For non Healers non Enhancers

The people who do not have any kind of resistance vs Poison/Disease/Bleed might want to take a look at theese if they know Combat Medics and Bleeders are around. And I shouldnt say it, but any anti-bleed bonus cripple 1h lightsaber fighters. Its also an excellent defense vs Nightsisters that often do nasty bleeds.

Anti Food
Blood Chowder (Food):
Anti Bleed (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 25min (GRIND APPROVED)
Cho-Nor-Hoola (Food): Anti Poison (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 25min (GRIND APPROVED)
Havla (Food): Anti Disease (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 25min (GRIND APPROVED)
Trimipan (Food): Anti Fire (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 25min (GRIND APPROVED)

Anti Drink
Durindfire (Drink): Anti Poison (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 15min (GRIND APPROVED)
Corellian Brandy (Drink): Anti Disease (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 15min (GRIND APPROVED)
Ithorian Mist (Drink): Anti Fire (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 15min (GRIND APPROVED)
Veronian Berry Wine (Drink): Anti Bleed (Resist/Absorb), FILL: 15 (4:30min), DURATION: 15min (GRIND APPROVED)

Cures
Dustcrepe (Food):
Cure Disease, FILL: 15, DURATION: 0 (INSTANT)
Jaar (Drink): Cure Poison, FILL: 15, DURATION: 0 (INSTANT)

Movement

For the people who do not have Forcerun and feel that they move to slow, im just mentioning the following:

Movement Boosters:
Travel Biscuits (Food):
+11 Terrain Negotiation, FILL: 8 (1:12min), DURATION: 20min (GRIND APPROVED)
Parwan Nutricake (Food): Boosted Burstrun, FILL: 29, DURATION: 0 (INSTANT)

About Parwan: Instead of /burstrun you consume a Parwan.
If you get one with +100% reduction (that was available pre-cu at least) you have no downtime between burstruns.
A Parwan isalso faster and last longer than what you gain from 4xxx Scout (Bounty Hunter).
Remember that you cant /burstrun when dizzy. Eating a Parwan when dizzy is a waste.
Parwan Nutricake can actually replace Advanced Force Run since the great forcerun nerf.

For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Very nice post...Quick question for you...

How do u use the parwan ? I tried taking it after using burst run, thought it would speed the regen period up...it didnt...

Do I take it b4 and it gives me a quick regen rate on BR, or does it jsut allow me to BR for longer in one session ?

Its Parwan itself that gives you the burstrun, so instead of /burstrun you consume a Parwan.

Great Guide! Question: Are the K-18 rations a good alt for parwan?
