Thread: 2 Sockets left on Clothing and 3rd slot on a new CA is a Jedi Mod... Will it stick?

I have a Clothing Item that only has 2 slots left andI have a CA where the 3rd spot is the Jedi Mod... its like this:
example (cause I dont have the CA in front of me):
CA:
mod A: +13 (will definately be sticking)
mod B: +4
Jedi mod: +5
Now, by the old system it should be Mod A, and the Jedi Mod based on the Higest Numbers. But now with the new set up I have no clue. Does it still go by the Highest Numbers first, or is it in Exact Order of Listing?
Oh and sorry Edited to add:
I didnt really know where to post this, but since its an important Jedi issue for me, I figured why not here. Sorry if its the wrong place for this.

Mods stick in order from Highest to lowest.
The +13 and +5 will stick
In the case of a tie of 2 +5 mods the on listed first on CA will stick
